FAZ WOMEN’S FOOTBALL DIARY: Kangwa Names Final Squad for Cosafa

Zambia Under-17 Women National Team coach Kaluba Kangwa has named his final 18-member squad for the Cosafa Region V Maseru Games to be staged in Lesotho.

The team is expected to leave for Maseru today with athletes from other disciplines.

Zambia opens its account with a tie against Botswana on Thursday at 10:00 hours at Setsoto Stadium with the second match against Namibia on Saturday.

The final group match is against Zimbabwe on Monday with games being played on a round robin basis.

Kangwa and his technical bench have been combing the provincial women’s leagues for talent search with the Cosafa team mirroring their efforts.
